Ingredients Nutrition

  • 23 12 ounces ground venison
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 5 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning (or to taste)

Directions

  1. Dice the onion.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Form into a loaf.
  4. Coat with ketchup.
  5. Back for about 35-45 minutes at 400 degrees.
