  • 23 12 ounces ground venison
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 5 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning (or to taste)

directions

  • Dice the onion.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Form into a loaf.
  • Coat with ketchup.
  • Back for about 35-45 minutes at 400 degrees.
