Directions

  1. Stem and halve strawberries.
  2. In a large bowl combine all the berries, lemon juice, splenda, triple sec and chopped mint.
  3. Toss gently to combine, cover and refrigerate until serving.
  4. Just before serving add sliced banana and toss again.
