Directions

  1. Boil the macaroni.
  2. While macaroni is cooking add milk, butter, cream cheese, salt and pepper to a pan and heat until sauce thickens.
  3. Drain macaroni and add half of it in a casserole dish. Sprinkle half of the cheeses over the macaroni and then pour the remaining macaroni on top and sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the macaroni and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbling.
