Very Lite Garlic Ranch Salad Dressing

- 1⁄2 cup light sour cream
- ranch-flavored salad spritzer, 10 sprays
- 3⁄4 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
directions
- Spritz the salad spritzer onto the sour cream in a bowl, sprinkle with garlic pepper seasoning, mix. Use on salads of all kinds. Seasonings may be adjusted to taste (I personally like a lot of the spritzer and garlic pepper in mine!).
- Also, I haven't tried it yet, but I'll bet this would be good in place of mayo in: chicken salad, egg salad, potato salad, tuna(?) salad, or as a sandwich spread -- it might be good warmed (never boil sour cream), served on hot veggies or meats too -- .
