“I was looking for a quick and easy cookie recipe last week and came across one in a pillsbury cookbook, unfortunatly I did not have the ingredients on hand that it called for so I substituted what I did have and they were really great. So easy but very good and homemade tasting.”

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 (18 ounce) box French vanilla cake mix

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and vanilla in mixing bowl by hand until a dough forms.( Some cake mix will remain in bottom of bowl).
  2. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in sugar mixture and place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until crackled on top and bottoms are light brown.
