This is my husbands new favorite dessert...he won't stop telling me how much he loves it and to make sure to give it a 5 star rating...this is very unusual for him...usually desserts are just "okay" with him. I've only made one other similar pie recipe and with both I had trouble knowing when the sour cream mixture was done...it didn't seem thick enough in both cases...I microwaved this an extra 4 minutes...and I stirred it every 1-2 minutes. All in all it turned out good as my husband loves it...I found it very sweet but nice. I put 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg in the crumb mix and doubled them in the sour cream mix. Thank you so much for this keeper recipe Dienia B. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders game.
