Directions

  1. Boil macaroni until tender. Drain and rinse until cold. Put in large bowl.
  2. Add carrots, cucumber and green pepper.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, vinegar and sugar. Pour over macaroni mixture and stir thoroughly.
  4. Refrigerate until serving time.
