  1. Melt the butter in a large frying pan.
  2. Cook it until it is a medium dark brown.
  3. Carefully add the vinegar.
  4. Be real careful because the vinegar will cause the butter to boil and foam.
  5. When it is done foaming pour into a gravy boat and serve.
