“The BEST EVER! I love this bread-it's very moist and banana-y! From a lady I used to work with; she brought the bread in to work and had to write down the recipe for about ten people!   1. Cream sugar and shortening.
  2. Meanwhile mash bananas in a small bowl.
  3. Add bananas and remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Bake in a lightly greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
