Vodka Caramel-Apple Cider

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 170.09 g apple juice (Treetop 100% Juice is best!)
  • 9.85 ml ground cinnamon
  • 14.17 g caramel syrup (Torani brand, or something similar)
  • 28.34 g vodka (the smoother, the better ( as middle of the road, I recommend Three Olives brand vodka)
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • caramel sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the apple juice, cinnamon, and caramel syrup to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, and add vodka.
  3. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes
  4. Serve in a mug.
  5. Top off with whipped cream, another dash of cinnamon, and/or caramel sauce, if you prefer.
  6. Enjoy your hot, relaxing beverage!
  7. ** If beverage is too sweet, omit the caramel syrup and have a vodka-apple-cider-sans-caramel instead!
