Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in an 8x8 square baking dish with fork or wire whisk, then make 3 holes in mix.
  2. In first hole put the oil, in second hole put the vinegar and in the third hole put the vanilla.
  3. Pour the water over the whole mess.
  4. Mix well making sure to get the corners.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350.
  6. Double ingredients for 9x13; adjust baking time to 35-40 minutes.
  7. Test with toothpick for doneness.
