  1. Sift together and make 3 holes in dry ingredients.
  2. In first hole, pour vegetable oil.
  3. In second hole, pour vinegar.
  4. In third hole, pour vanilla.
  5. Pour cold water over all.
  6. Mix well with fork or whisk, but do not beat.
  7. Bake in greased 8 x 8 pan for about 35 minutes at 350 deg F.
