  • Beat yolks.
  • Stir in milk.
  • Combine dry ingredients and stir into the yolk mixture.
  • Stir in the melted butter.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
  • Cook in a waffle iron according to manufacturers directions.

  3. Makes a nice fluffy batter, but there was not much flavor. I was not impressed with this recipe. The prep time was more like 30 minutes for me. I did not see the advantage of making waffles this way.
     
  4. Ok I changed a few things but basically it was the same recipe. These waffles were great my 3 kids and husband loved them. I servered them with strawberry slices and syrup. 4 eggs, 2 cups milk, 3 cups flour, 5 tea. baking powder, 1 tea. salt, 6 table. melted butter, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 teas. vanilla. Again these were GREAT waffles.
     
  5. DELICIOUS! Better than restaurant quality. Whole family raved. Easy too!
