  • Take the butter, eggs, and milk out of the refrigerator.
  • Start warming up the waffle iron.
  • Start melting the butter in a small pot.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Add the milk to the melted butter and continue heating.
  • Break the eggs and put the liquids into a medium bowl (whites and yolks).
  • Mix the eggs.
  • Add the warm milk and melted butter to the eggs and mix in.
  • Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and blend lightly.
  • Cook in waffle iron (three ladles of batter per waffle for mine).
