  1. 375 degrees.
  2. mix oats in milk
  3. let soak 15 minutes then add meat onion garlic.
  4. put in 8 inch pan.
  5. mix ketchup mustard and worcestershire sauce
  6. brush on top of meat.
  7. bake 40 minutes
  8. meanwhile mix cornstarch butter and corn.
  9. bring to a boil.
  10. thicken
  11. pour over top of meatloaf.
  12. bake 10 minutes.
