1 lb wagon wheel macaroni
¹⁄₂ cup fresh spinach, julienned
6 tablespoons parmesan cheese
¹⁄₂ cup lite Italian dressing
³⁄₄ cup tomatoes, diced
4 ounces pepperoni, julienned
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper

directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add pasta and mix well.
