Wakame and Cucumber With Vinegar

Ingredients Nutrition
- 1⁄4 japanese cucumber
- 1 teaspoon dried wakame seaweed
Dressing
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt
- 1 dash soy sauce
Directions
- Soak dried wakame in water until soft. Drain and squeeze out water. Blanche in boiling water until color turns green. Rinse in cold water, cut up and squeeze again.
- Slice cucumber thinly and sprinkle with salt. Let stand until supple and squeeze out water.
- Combine dressing ingredients and mix with wakame and cucumber slices. Leave to drain before serving.
