- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried kelp (wakame)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- Chill at least 6-8 hours.
