Waldorf Salad

- 1 large tart apple
- 1 celery heart
- 1 tablespoon salad light cream
- 1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons walnuts (chopped)
directions
- Peel, core and chop the apple. Wash and chop the celery heart and combine the two in a bowl. Add the light salad cream and plain yoghurt and mix. Add roughly a palmful of walnut pieces. Mix, chill preferably before serving.

Hi, I'm quite new to recipezaar but I have a couple of recipes I would love to share. Most of them are created by myself and my mother who happens to be an awesome cook in my books, so enjoy and let me know what you think! Some of these I'll admit are from my childhood, and my mum always made sure we ate good honest food.
