- 4 medium apples
- 1⁄2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup pecans
- 2⁄3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
directions
- Wash, and chop the apples.
- In a medium to large bowl toss the apples in the lemon juice, so they don't brown.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar over the apples, toss again.
- Add the celery and pecans, toss again.
- Stir in the Yogurt to desired consistency.
- Keep Salad refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Serve and enjoy!
