  1. I thought this was delicious! I did add a few changes but not enough to really change the basics. I did not put in the apples but I might try it next time. Instead of raisins I put in red seedless grapes. I also did not put in that much celery because if you use 2 cups of chicken, that would be almost as much celery and it seemed to be too much. I also added in 1/2 of a green onion. I made this for a moving party tomorrow. Will let you know how it goes over.

  2. Great! I added a little lemon juice for a little zing. Great for my pregnancy cravings today!

  3. Yum! added 1 T of sweetened condensed milk (personal taste) plus chopped up seedless grapes. terrific!

  4. Loved it! Easy and quick to make if you don't mind chopping veg and fruit. Even my chef BF liked it! And that is saying something... Nice job Mini!!

  5. Basically my own recipe except I dont like celery. My kids love this on crackers. One likes it on Ritz and the othe Saltines. Its also great in a wrap, on raisin bread, whole wheat bread, or in a lettuce cup. I always keep cans of chicken in the pantry as I usually have the other ingredients anyway so its easy to throw together if I run out of other ideas. It does taste best after it sits which makes it great to take in your lunchbox or make in the morning but its still good right after you make it.

A people's person who never entertains one thing in life -- larger than life EGO of people. My hobbies are numerous and diverse. They range from being an avid reader to decorating home, loving cats, embroidery, painting, writing poems and letters to friends, endless thinking, collecting candles, music, trying various cuisines and reaching out to people. I love cooking and devising ways to smash set patterns of cooking. I do not like over use of spices in the cooking and am dead against using readymade or canned ingredients. Cooking is my favourite prescription for busting all the stress that I accumulate in the work place.
