Warm Artichoke Spinach Dip

"This is a very adaptable recipe. I received the recipe from a cousin, my mother and I played with it so now anyone can adjust it to their own tastes. Everyone who has ever tried it says that it is amazing! You can be the judge once you try this recipe yourself."

  • 1 cup of real mayonnaise (replace most of this with sour cream to reduce the grease replace all if you like)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (I also replace this with whatever cheese I want (Asiago, Romano, monterey jack mix, etc.)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 12 cup frozen spinach (thawed, drained, and chopped, you may have to squeeze the juice out of it)
  • 2 -3 tablespoons minced garlic (to taste- fresh garlic - 2 cloves to a whole small bulb)

  • Mix everything together with a blender on med-high speed.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Hobbies: Art, Horseback Riding, Baking, Gardening. Can not cook meat very well, usually ends up way to dry. Everyone loves my Spinich artichoke dip. Favorite Resturant is Applebees, although I like Perkins too!
