Warm Artichoke Spinach Dip

ingredients
- 1 cup of real mayonnaise (replace most of this with sour cream to reduce the grease replace all if you like)
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (I also replace this with whatever cheese I want (Asiago, Romano, monterey jack mix, etc.)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (12 ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1⁄2 cup frozen spinach (thawed, drained, and chopped, you may have to squeeze the juice out of it)
- 2 -3 tablespoons minced garlic (to taste- fresh garlic - 2 cloves to a whole small bulb)
directions
- Mix everything together with a blender on med-high speed.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Everyone loves my Spinich artichoke dip.
Favorite Resturant is Applebees, although I like Perkins too!
