  1. In a large nonstick skillet cook chicken tenderloins until lightly browned.
  2. Leave chicken in skillet and add water, bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in rice.
  4. Cover and remove from heat.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  6. Stir in salad dressing.
  7. Fill each tortilla with chicken and rice mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons.
  8. Fold in sides of tortilla and roll up.
