Warm Citrus Bake

"This is another great recipe that I found in our local paper, in the "Balance" section - Wake up to a sunny breakfast on a cold winter morning of baked grapefruit, oranges, and pineapple chunks, topped with brown sugar. This also can be served as as a healthy dessert."

  1. This is very simple, but the warm fruit was great on a cold morning! I made this as a side to french toast and my husband and I both liked it. I didn't have fresh pineapple so I used canned and I thought it worked okay. I will make this again, but I think I'll add some oats to give it a little cruch. Thanks!
