ingredients

3 cups powdered sugar or 3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 ¹⁄₂ cups unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups instant nonfat dry milk powder

directions

Combine all ingredients until well blended.
Place 4 tablespoons of Hot Cocoa mix into a cup add hot water.
Stir until cocoa mix is dissolved.
Store any additional cocoa mix in an airtight container in a cool dry place and use within 6 months.
