  • 13 cup cranberry sauce, crushed (I used homemade cranberry sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 18 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix together cranberry sauce, sugar and nutmeg.
  2. With carrot peeler, take off hte rind of the round of brie, leaving 1/4-inch rim. Top brie with cranberry mixture.
  3. Microwave for 30 seconds on 80% power.
  4. Sprinkle on nuts.
  5. Serve on plate with toppables (crackers, etc) and small cheese spreader knife.
