  1. In large bowl, flake salmon with a fork.
  2. Add diced tomato, mozzarella , watercress leaves and red onion and mix together.
  3. Sprinkle with lime juice.
  4. Mix in the Vegannaise well.
  5. Add cumin, pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle with the Eden seasoning.
