ingredients

2 ³⁄₄ cups watermelon puree
¹⁄₂ cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 dash salt
¹⁄₂ cup milk

directions

Blend chucks of watermelon to make 2 3/4 cup of puree.
Add the rest of the ingredients, chill, and then process according to the ice cream maker directions.
