Directions

  1. Dissolve the Jello and salt in the boiling water.
  2. Add the watermelon pickle juice, cold water and lemon juice.
  3. Chill until slightly congealed.
  4. Fold in the watermelon pickles, celery, bell pepper and pimiento.
  5. Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
  6. NOTE: Grease your mold slightly with mayonnaise or salad dressing for easier removal of the Jello.
