  • Make a regular sized batch of your favourite sweet dough.
  • Divide it into two.
  • Roll each half out to a 12" by 9" rectangle.
  • Brush each rectangle with melted butter.
  • sprinkle half of the sugar and orange zest mixture on each rectangle, making sure you get it right to the ends.
  • Fold the dough into thirds.
  • slice into 1" slices.
  • twist each slice and then make it into a ring shape by pinching the ends together.
  • Place on greased baking sheet in warmth until risen 2x.
  • Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
