ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, grated into a pulp
- 1⁄2 cup daikon radish, grated into a pulp
- 1⁄4 umeboshi plum
- 1 -2 drop shoyu
- 1⁄4 sheet nori, ripped into small pieces (optional)
directions
- bring the carrot,daikon, umeboshi plum and 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan. reduce heat , simmer about 3 minute
- Add the shoyu and simmer for 2 to 3 min more. Add the nori if using. Drink hot.
