Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups kellogs all-bran cereal
  • 2 12 cups water
  • 1 (20 ounce) box low-fat brownie mix (I use betty Crocker)
  • 12 cup cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray 30 muffin tins.
  3. Place bran in water and let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
  5. Fill muffin tins evenly (a scant 1/4 cup per muffin).
  6. Bake for 16-20 minutes - don't overbake!
