Weight Watchers Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

"I really wanted chocolate chip cookies but didn't want to sacrifice my points count for the day. This is a nice recipe that I took from the Weight Watchers website. Be careful however, these cookies are so good and tasty that you will forget the 2 cookie rule. Baking time was suggested at 4 - 6 minutes, however, mine took slightly longer."

  • Preheat oven to 375 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In medium bowl, cream butter, oil and brown sugar. Add vanilla, salt and egg white and mix thoroughly. In separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and chocolate chips. Use wooden spoon to add flour mixture to cream mixture.
  • Drop rounded 1/2tsp measurers of dough onto cookie sheet. Bake 4 - 6 minutes or until done to your liking.

  1. Easy recipe and very tasty! I only had light brown sugar and it worked perfectly. I did cook them about 4 minutes longer than suggested. Turned out crispy on the edges and soft on the inside. Perfect snack for a sweet craving!

  3. I'm trying to eat better and eat heart healthy foods. I go some very! Dark chocolate that is supposed to be beneficial for your heart. Well its darker than I can eat by it self so I used this recipe and shredded up the dark dark chocolate and used my mini muffin tin and made mini dark dark chocolate chunk muffins. Thank you for this recipe it made the dark chocolate
