Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (5 ounce) package au gratin potato mix
  • 2 13 cups hot water
  • 23 cup milk
  • 12 cup frozen peas or 12 cup any mixed vegetables
  • 6 hot dogs, cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Stir potatoes,Sauce mix, hot water and milk in skillet.
  2. Stir in frozen peas or other canned or frozen vegetables.
  3. Heat to boiling, cover and simmer 15 minute.
  4. Stir occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in weiners; cover and heat 5 minutes or until weiners are hot.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over all.
  7. Cover and let stand 5 minutes until cheese melts.
