- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- ale or milk
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
directions
- Place Cheese in saucepan over low heat. Add ale or milk gradually, stirring until cheese melts. Add mustard, paprika and cream. Mix well. Heat about 5 minutes stir often. Serve immediately over over cubed bread, toast or crackers!
