  • Melter butter in saucepan over medium heat.
  • Blend in flour gradually and cook, stirring constantly until mixture bubbles.
  • Stir in milk gradually and stir til thickened.
  • Add grated cheese and mustard.
  • Stir til cheese is melted.
  • Add seasonings.
  • Serve immediately over hot toast or crackers.
