"This is a recipe from my elderly Mum's Recipe Book (don't know how old it is but it is starting to crumble away so need to record these gems). This is a recipe that my now grown sons still request for their birthday breakfast!

- Melt butter over low heat.
- Add flour and milk combined.
- Add cheese, tomatoes and beaten eggs.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until thick - serve on buttered toast.
