  1. Super dinner. I added Lipton onion soup mix to the burger (ground turkey) and a splash of Marsalla to the cheese soup. It was great!

  2. I tried this because it seems so different, but really did not expect it to be a hit with the meat and potatoes men in this house. They loved it. Very easy and delicious. My husband and son have already asked for a repeat.

  3. This was SOOOO good. When I was growing up in Des Moines, Iowa, Yonkers dept store cafeteria used to serve rarebit burgers. They served them with fries and poured the cheese sauce over them too---what a treat!! Thanks for posting this!

  4. I made this with Mille's recipe # 18923. I would rather have the original rarebit . It was delicious. My husband raved. He said we needed to make this for a dinner party for our friends. What a great idea.

  5. Great burger recipe. I did like Clifford Boren suggested and added 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix to the ground beef. The sauce was delicious. I served the patty open faced over a toasted bun, then spooned the sauce on top. Thanks.
