  1. Mix Flour, Salt and Baking Soda together then cut in Shortening with pastry cutter or 2 Knives till it looks like corn meal.
  2. add sugar, eggs and milk and mix.
  3. add flour
  4. add raisins.
  5. Next roll out dough till it is about a half inch think and cut with bisquit cutter into rounds,.
  6. heat griddle to 350 degrees and cook the teeecakes about 10 to 12 minutes each side till golden brown.
