  • Bring milk just to a boil.
  • Pour the milk over the coffee crystals, brown sugar and salt, stirring to dissolve.
  • Divide between 4 mugs and serve.

  5. Very rich and decadent. I may cut the amount of sugar in half next time, thoough. I think this would be good made with cold milk and put into the blender for a summer frappe drink. Made for Winter 2010 Comfort Cafe Recipe of the Day.
