Dressing
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar

Salad
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups cooked corn kernels
- 1⁄4 chopped red pepper
- 1⁄4 chopped green onion
directions
- Combine all dressing ingredients.
- Set in fridge until flavors marry.
- Then add the rest together.
- Toss to coat.
