What's in the Cabinet Spice Mix

"I wanted a spice rub for my steaks and came up with this. So far I've used it on beef, chicken and pork. It has chilli powder and cayenne powder, but it's not that spicy."

  • Combine all ingrediants into a small sealable container and shake to mix. Use it as a rub or add it into your hamburger mix to make awsome burgers.

  1. This is a really nice all-purpose spice mix. The only change that I made was to reduce the amount of onion powder. This mix has a great aroma and I like the idea of combining the herbs with the earthy spices like chili powder and cumin. Made for Spring PAC, March, 2013.
