- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped finely
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped finely
- 8 ounces canned mushrooms, drained
- 12 ounces thin spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 12 ounces Rotel Tomatoes
- 12 ounces diced tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (fresh grated works best)
- salt and pepper
directions
- Cook ground beef with onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in medium skillet until done and drain.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat tomatoes, meat mixture, parsley, garlic in a medium sauce pan.
- Combine cooked pasta and meat mixture in a large pot.
- Toss spaghetti with fresh parmesan cheese.
- Serve with garlic bread and fresh salad.
- Delicious!
