Where's the Sauce? (Spaghetti)

"This is my sister's spaghetti recipe. The first time that my son ate it, he said' "Where's the sauce?", hence the name. This is a light and delicious variation on regular spaghetti and my kids even love it."

  • Cook ground beef with onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in medium skillet until done and drain.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Heat tomatoes, meat mixture, parsley, garlic in a medium sauce pan.
  • Combine cooked pasta and meat mixture in a large pot.
  • Toss spaghetti with fresh parmesan cheese.
  • Serve with garlic bread and fresh salad.
  • Delicious!
