Whipped Cream Pie

"Super easy, super good; a really great "in-a-pinch" dessert. From a cookbook entitled "Second Round", the second in the "Tea Time At The Masters" set from the Augusta, Georgia Junior League. Cook time is chilling time, and time to prepare the fruit isn't included."

 1. I made it for my son's 7th birthday. Calculated calories: 3,254. Excellent--perhaps best--frozen. used heavy cream, which I prefer to whipping.

 2. I follow step by s step and did not come out firm at all. Just like cake icing sorry
Waste my money

 3. Yes: it's very quick and easy. Not quite a "wow" dessert though. Sliced strawberries help a lot. I'll make it again, just need to decide how to perk it up. I did use Cool Whip instead of cream just to see how it would taste. Wasn't bad. GoKittenGo, Thanks for a useful recipe . . . Janet

 4. My 10-year old daughter made this for our dessert. The recipe was very easy, very quick and very good. It had a light cheesecake-like taste, with a fluffy, creamy texture. We served it with cherry pie filling and chocolate curls and enjoyed it the next day plain too. Thanks for the recipe!

Behold, the worst picture of me ever taken, I think. I'm in distress over the paint color that you see behind me, and am suffering from brain scramble after looking at too many potential paint colors over a very short amount of time. However, it's one of those "me, now" pics that amuse me, so I figured I'd share. Onward... Hi there! Self description always throws me, but I'll try: I'm a hyper, writing, Yoga-practicing, fashion-loving, almost-constantly-reading, very Type A, highly domestic ovo-lacto vegetarian who is obsessed with Nutella and has a very personable German Shepherd/Husky mix named Totsi. I think that just about covers it. Sometimes, everyone needs a little Totsi, so here she "bee":
