“This is a very quick and easy recipe on a Thanksgiving classic. You can make it even easier by cooking in the microwave. Assemble as instructed without topping with marshmallows.   1. Preheat oven to 350°F Beat sweet potatoes, butter, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish; top with the marshmallows.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes or until sweet potato mixture is heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.
