  1. Do not preheat oven.
  2. Cream sugar and butter.
  3. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
  4. Add alternately,while blending,the whipping cream and flour.
  5. Add flavoring and continue to blend.
  6. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan (I use Baker's Joy).
  7. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or lightly brown on top and toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for about 20 minutes before removing from pan.
