- 1 egg
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup oats
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix (optional)

Topping
- 2⁄3 cup barbecue sauce
- French's French fried onions
directions
- In a bowl, beat egg and milk.
- Stir in cheese, oats, onion and ranch.
- Add beef and mix well.
- Shape into 8 small loaves and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Spoon BBQ sauce over loaves.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-45 minute or until meat is no longer pink.
- Top with fried onions.
