  1. Heat oil in 3-quart pot over medium heat. When hot, add onion, garlic & sage. Cook & stir often for approximately 5 minutes. Add beans, chicken broth, spinich and smoked sausage. Cooked covered for about 10 minutes. Stir in cooked orzo & cook for an addtional 5 minutes. Serve hot with parmesan cheese sprinklted on top.
