- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 teaspoons yeast
directions
- Add ingredients to bread maker and cook according to your bread makers settings. Makes large loaf.
