- 12 ounces sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 ounces diced pimentos, drained and rinsed
- 1⁄3 cup fresh chives, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
- Grate half of cheese on the large holes of a box grater, and the other half on the small holes. Stir together all ingredients except the cheese, then blend in the cheese. Let stand 15 minute.
